Personal data that we process

Adventure Experience processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

- Name and surname

- Gender

- Address data

- Phone Number

- E-mail address

- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.

- Security logs

The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged-in users and username of log-in attempts are recorded conditionally to monitor for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific types of attacks. Examples of logging conditions include login attempts, logout requests, requests for suspicious URLs, site content changes and password updates. This information is kept for 60 days.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at administratie@adventureexperience.events and we will delete this information.

Adventure Experience processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Adventure Experience does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing about matters that can have (considerable) consequences for people. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for instance an employee of Adventure Experience) being involved.

How long we keep personal data

Adventure Experience will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are collected, with a maximum of 3 years.

Security logs are kept for 60 days.

Adventure Experience does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a statutory obligation. We make a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Adventure Experience remains responsible for this processing.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by AdventureExperience and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer or a request to withdraw your permission or to object to the processing of your personal data to administratie@adventureexperience.events. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with the request. In this copy, please make a black out of your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
